In Short

• Lead the charge in building and managing a best-in-class recruiting program.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to design tailored interview plans.
• Source and screen candidates to create an exceptional candidate experience.
• Develop a strong talent pipeline and optimize recruiting practices.
• Monitor and analyze key recruiting metrics to identify trends.
• Own the end-to-end recruiting process from pipeline creation to candidate offer.
• Actively manage job postings and interview plans.
• Continuously improve the recruiting apparatus by integrating best practices.
• Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong background in developing and managing recruiting processes.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting metrics.
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
