Teleservices Consultant - Remote

Overview

The position is responsible for delivering services and expertise to business and consumer members by phone with a focus on growing business and empowering members toward self-service options.

In Short

• Maximizes each member contact to create or expand relationships.
• Maintains knowledge of products, services, and technical systems.
• Communicates opportunities for process improvement.
• Supports relationship banking service strategy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills required.
• Must complete notes/processes while in conversation with members.
• Achieves schedule adherence evaluations.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of computers and software applications.
• Ability to type 45 words per minute.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Experience in a financial institution or call center preferred.
