Commercial Credit Analyst - Remote

Overview

The position is responsible for spreading business financials and tax returns in Bukers/Sageworks for commercial underwriters and portfolio managers.

In Short

• Spreads personal tax returns in Bukers/Sageworks.
• Assists Underwriting and Portfolio Management in financial spreads and reports.
• Orders third-party reports for underwriting and portfolio management.
• Completes financial spreads for Loan Presentations and Modification Memos.
• Orders personal and business credit reports.
• Ability to work remotely and attend meetings at AFCU Ops center as needed.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED with 2-5 years of experience in loan support systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and JHA.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial and SBA lending.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of conventional and SBA loan programs.
• Preferred: College degree or relevant banking certification.
