Telesales Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are a UK-based dynamic cleaning company specializing in Residential Deep Cleaning and End of Tenancy Cleaning, dedicated to providing outstanding service to our clients. We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Telesales Consultant who can effectively engage with potential customers, identify their needs, and successfully convert leads into sales.

In Short

• Engage with warm leads purchased by the company and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients, understanding their cleaning requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize earning potential.
• Work over weekends and during the festive period as required.

Requirements

• Candidates must have their own laptop (Min 8GB Ram, 13th Gen i 5 Processor, Windows 11 and 250GB SSD or higher).
• Fast reliable internet connection and backups for power outages to work independently.
• Self-driven, organized, and resilient.
• Strong ability to handle objections and maintain a positive outlook throughout the sales process.
• Previous remote experience as well as cleaning agency experience.

Benefits

• Competitive base salary of R8000 per month with attractive commission structures.
• On Target Earnings of R13000 per month. (made up of R8,000 basic + uncapped commission.)
• 40 days paid holiday per year.
• Working Hours: 13:30 - 22:00, Monday – Friday.
• Weekend Shift: One shift (09:30 - 18:00) every 6-8 weeks, with extra pay and time off.
• Festive Coverage: Required, with additional compensation.
