Since 2012, we’ve funded property-backed transactions across Australia for property professionals, small to medium size businesses and SMSFs (Self-Managed Super Funds).

In Short

  • Provide phone-based outreach to brokers to pitch lending products.
  • Understand the broker’s business and solicit new loan inquiries.
  • Activate and engage with broker prospects.
  • Consistent outbound calls to market products.
  • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Answer queries from brokers at a high level.
  • Ensure timely action on follow-up items.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or tele sales.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with brokers.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Customer service orientation.
