Requirements

• Working knowledge of networking industry, products, and protocols.
• Strong expertise in SD-WAN technologies preferred.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience with networking protocols.
• Experience with troubleshooting tools like IXIA, tcpdump, and Wireshark.
• Comfortable with Linux and familiarity with programming/scripting.
• Minimum education is a MS in a technical field.
• Industry certifications preferred.
• Prior TAC experience preferred.
