Technical Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

FileCloud is looking for a passionate Technical Solutions Engineer in the KSA Region, who has worked with multiple technology companies and has a minimum of 6 years’ experience which comprises of both the designing and architecting of IT solutions as well as supporting the process of selling complex IT solutions to large enterprises.

• Linux administration and troubleshooting experience.

• Fluent in Arabic and excellent command of English.
• Experience in Windows administration is a plus.
• Wider Middle East experience is advantageous.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Technical Solutions Engineering or related roles.
• Experience in enterprise accounts.
• Strong understanding of business objectives.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Passion for technology and ability to act as an evangelist.
• Experience with filesharing solutions is desirable.
