• Experience sourcing Account Managers and sales representatives.
• Familiarity with the Networking Sector and companies like Cisco and Juniper.
• Strong sourcing and Internet recruiting capabilities.
• Ability to organize and schedule interviews effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
• Living in Japan is a must.
