Overview

We are seeking a Tier 2 IT Support Technician who enjoys solving complex problems and is experienced in managed service provider environments.

In Short

  • Own and resolve escalated support tickets across various client environments.
  • Troubleshoot workstation issues, network problems, and cloud challenges.
  • Work through intermittent issues that require deep investigation.
  • Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows environments, and common business applications.
  • Engage in remote sessions with users to resolve issues.
  • Document troubleshooting steps clearly for future reference.
  • Maintain momentum in ticket resolution and keep queues clean.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a managed service provider (MSP) role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills beyond following scripts.
  • Comfortable working with networking, systems, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with RMM/PSA tools like ConnectWise and Autotask.
  • Good communication skills with a focus on clarity and helpfulness.
  • Ability to manage time and workload independently.
