In Short

• Advanced knowledge of telephony technologies including PBX and VoIP.
• Manage telephony projects from initiation to completion.
• Support legacy telephony platforms like Avaya and CMS.
• Lead telephony system upgrades and migrations.
• Provide second level technical support to end-users.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for telephony systems.
• Consult on modern telephony solutions leveraging cloud platforms.
• Participate in evaluating new technologies and automation solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging telephony technologies and trends.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after hours support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience with cloud-based telephony systems.
• Strong knowledge of telephony concepts and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in desktop tools including MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive in learning new technologies.
• Relevant certifications in telephony or networking are a plus.
