Application Architect (Software Architect) - Remote

Overview

The Application Architect will be responsible for devising and updating designs related to ICT solutions, focusing on integration architectures and cloud-native technologies.

In Short

• Devise and update designs for ICT solutions.
• Perform market analysis and proof of concept work.
• Follow up on implementation of approved designs.
• Provide design knowledge expertise to engineering and operations teams.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in ICT solution design.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and microservices.
• Good knowledge of REST APIs and message-oriented middleware.
• Experience with container and orchestration technology.
• Ability to create self-explanatory documents and diagrams.
• Good knowledge of security and access management best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of experience.
• Experience in ICT Solution design and integration architectures.
• Minimum 3 years with cloud-native infrastructure.
• Participation in at least 3 integration projects.
• Good knowledge of interoperability technology.
• Desirable experience with EU Interoperability programme.
• Certifications in Kubernetes, Azure/AWS Cloud Architecture, Agile, etc.
