We are seeking talented Website Operations Specialists to join our dynamic Marketing Operations team. As a Website Operations Specialist with 1-3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and informative content across various platforms, including blogs, articles, website pages, email campaigns, and marketing materials. Your work will help promote our products and services, enhance brand awareness, and drive audience engagement.

In Short

• Create website pages adhering to Argus Media brand guidelines and templates.
• Updating content periodically on the website and maintaining website CMS.
• Review and edit content on the website, ensuring clarity, flow and structure.
• Proofread to check copy is free of typos and errors.
• Act as a technical liaison between Marketing Operations and Business Stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the development of product documentation and support resources.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.
• Generate regular reports and analyses to track website performance.
• Support the development and maintenance of website performance dashboards.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience managing content editing systems. Sitecore preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Experience in optimising website content and landing pages.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• UX UI integration/management.
• Experience using project management tools like Jira or Monday.com.
