In Short

  • Oversees daily transactional review of compensation-related inquiries.
  • Develops and implements employee compensation structure changes.
  • Evaluates job families and job levels for appropriate leveling.
  • Involved in upgrades to compensation software and processes.
  • Partners with HR team to ensure competitive compensation programs.
  • Conducts annual benchmark surveys and job evaluations.
  • Administers annual merit cycle and manages compensation packages.
  • Generates compensation reports for data audit and analysis.
  • Provides project support in ongoing compensation initiatives.
  • Assists in developing compensation education materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1-3 years of compensation administration experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of compensation principles and procedures.
  • Familiarity with job evaluation and analysis systems.
  • Workday proficiency preferred.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or progress towards certification.
