In Short

• Capture detailed business requirements, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria in JIRA
• Work with Product Owner/System Owner, Development, UX/UI, QA team, and Subject Matter Experts
• Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability
• Leverage strong written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborate with team members and continuously improve business analysis efforts
• Document functional specifications and other supporting artifacts
• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies
• Proactively identify and remove impediments
• Monitor sprint progress and facilitate discussions
• Assist the Product Owner in managing the product backlog

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis and Scrum methodologies
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Proficiency in JIRA and Agile methodologies
• Ability to document functional specifications and process flows
• Experience in leading Scrum ceremonies
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations
• Experience in requirements gathering and user story creation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with UX/UI principles is a plus
