• Responsible for developing and implementing accessibility standards.
• Align with WCAG and Section 508 compliance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers.
• Conduct accessibility audits and provide recommendations.
• Deliver training sessions on inclusive design best practices.
• Handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
• Support proposal efforts as needed.
• Participate in sprint reviews and validate acceptance criteria.
• Produce testing documentation with qualifications and outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience with accessibility testing tools (JAWS, NVDA, axe DevTools).
• Strong understanding of accessibility best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for training sessions.
• Knowledge of WCAG and Section 508 guidelines.
• Experience in producing testing documentation.
• Ability to provide remediation recommendations.
• Familiarity with agile development processes.
• Attention to detail in accessibility compliance.
• Ability to handle sensitive information securely.
