Overview

Ardent is seeking a Senior Accessibility Consultant responsible for evaluating digital content and technology to ensure compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, which requires accessibility for individuals with disabilities.

• Conduct thorough accessibility testing on websites, applications, documents, and other digital content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of web accessibility principles and standards.
• 7-10 years of experience with assistive technologies.
• Familiarity with disability types and challenges.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of programming languages is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in accessibility testing are advantageous.
