Overview

Ardent is seeking a Capture Development Associate to join a dynamic, fast-moving team focused on identifying, pursuing, and winning new business opportunities with DOD and FedCiv agencies.

In Short

• Hybrid/on-site position located in Tyson's Corner-Vienna, VA.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Lead and manage the capture process for identified opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical experts to develop proposals.
• Build strong relationships with federal government customers.
• Conduct in-depth market research.
• Work closely with internal teams for alignment.
• Minimum of three years of experience in business development.
• Understanding of federal contracting process and procurement regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience in business development or capture management.
• Proven ability to develop successful capture strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of self-motivation and accountability.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with geospatial intelligence technologies preferred.
• Experience with DevSecOps and cloud initiatives preferred.
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies preferred.
