• Lead and scale Archera’s multi-channel marketing engine.
• Own brand strategy and drive pipeline generation.
• Collaborate with partners on co-marketing initiatives.
• Build and execute an integrated marketing strategy.
• Generate qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team.
• Define campaign KPIs and implement performance tracking.
• Partner cross-functionally to align marketing priorities.
• Oversee creation of marketing assets including copy and content.
• Optimize lead generation programs and conversion funnels.
• Support event execution and GTM efforts with partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience in FinTech or SaaS.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Success leading marketing across multiple channels.
• Experience tracking performance and managing a team.
• Skilled in content strategy and email marketing.
• General understanding of cloud computing and cost optimization.
• Experience in brand positioning and messaging development.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset.
