Overview

The Business Systems Analyst II is responsible for collaborating with digital product managers, business system owners, and users to capture business requests and translate them into specifications for software and data warehouse applications.

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of P&C/Specialty insurance is a plus.
