Overview

Arcesium seeks a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our Client and Partner Development team, integral in expanding our pipeline and selling our solutions to private markets.

In Short

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Arcesium’s business and functional domain.
  • Exhibit expert product and industry knowledge.
  • Be highly creative and proactive in developing new business.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Lead deal teams and ensure appropriate resource deployment.
  • Engage in proactive deal management.
  • Structure and negotiate complex deals.
  • Follow a defined sales process for client experience.
  • Participate in conferences and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Experience selling to private markets or institutional asset management firms.
  • Strong network and fintech experience.
  • Proactive, analytical, and driven self-starter.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passionate about collaborative, fast-paced environments.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $175,000 - $250,000.
