Arcadis is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead the Mobility West Program Project Management Operations, focusing on the Construction industry and strong connections within the Transit and Transportation sectors.

Requirements

• 15+ years of industry experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar field.
• Proven experience in managing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Professional Engineer preferred.
