Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (Business, Communications, Operations, or related field).
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and interest in customer service and operations.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
• Understanding of building process maps via Miro/Visio or similar.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Enjoy working collaboratively and contributing ideas.
• Adaptable to change and flexible in uncertain situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excited to grow, learn, and contribute to a team valuing continuous improvement.
