Overview

As the Engineering Manager at Arc'teryx, you will lead and manage a team of software developers in the development and maintenance of web and payment gateways, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience leading front-end and back-end developers
• 5+ years’ development experience in Agile/Scrum
• 7+ years’ experience in Full Stack web development
• 3+ years’ experience in payment gateways
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of front-end web technologies
• Knowledge of back-end technologies and ERP integrations
• Experience with Jira or similar tools
• Experience with Git or other source control tools
• Strong knowledge of web and payment infrastructure
