Overview

The Arbitrum Gaming Ventures is looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Finance to lead financial operations as the first finance hire, overseeing internal fund management, financial planning, and vendor coordination.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in finance or operations.
• Deep understanding of token mechanics and blockchain finance.
• Proven track record in FP&A and fund reporting.
• Familiarity with venture fund structures.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, decentralized environments.
