Overview

The Gaming Catalyst Program is seeking an experienced Strategy and Operations leader to facilitate and optimize the strategic planning and team operational frameworks of the GCP, driving growth and efficiency across team operations and the GCP go-to-market strategy.

In Short

• Support GCP’s go-to-market planning, ensuring collaboration and alignment across teams for seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
• Act as a key liaison between GCP venture team, finance, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional projects related to GTM strategies, marketing, offsites, and more.
• Proactively identify and recommend process improvements.
• Lead planning sessions, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Own vendor management for GCP, negotiating contracts and ensuring deliverables.
• Oversee and manage contractors and specialists involved in GCP.
• Contribute to transparency reports on operational initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business consulting or program management.
• Passion for technology and venture capital.
• Ability to interface with founders and executive leadership.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience aligning operational initiatives with business strategies.
