Senior Functional Analyst - Workday Time & Absence - Remote

Overview

The Senior Functional Analyst will maintain and develop digital HR management solutions in Workday, focusing on improving HR and Payroll functions while ensuring a world-class user experience.

In Short

• Partner with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate configurations in Workday.
• Create and modify Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, and other configurations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding delivery dates and changes.
• Contribute to Time Tracking and Absence projects across various regions.
• Maintain and update holiday and work schedule calendars.
• Troubleshoot and propose system enhancements for Time and Absence modules.
• Manage testing and training for stakeholders.
• Monitor Workday releases and coordinate necessary changes.
• Build reports and dashboards based on country requirements.
• Ensure clear communication within the case management system.

Requirements

• 5 years of recent Workday experience.
• Deep knowledge of Absence and Time Tracking configurations.
• Ability to build Workday reports and custom fields.
• Experience with Workday Payroll integrations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Current Workday Absence and Time Tracking certifications preferred.
• Bilingual in French and fluent in English.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Digital savvy and emotionally agile.
