Record to Report Intercompany Intern - Remote

Overview

The Intercompany Intern will support day-to-day operations in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Accounting, and Reporting, gaining valuable insights and hands-on experience in accounting.

In Short

• Support day-to-day Intercompany operations.
• Enter AR and AP Intercompany financial transactions into the ERP.
• Review and post journal entries from local teams.
• Analyze account reconciliations.
• Maintain organized financial records.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Gain practical experience in accounting.
• Work closely with experienced professionals.
• Must be a student in Public Accounting or Business Administration.
• Intermediate to advanced English and mandatory Spanish.

Requirements

• 3rd or 4th year student majoring in Public Accounting or similar.
• Some knowledge of Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as a team and learn quickly.
• Intermediate - Advanced English proficiency.
• Fluent Spanish is mandatory.
