Expense Management Manager - Remote

Overview

Join Aprio's Finance team as an Expense Management Manager where you will ensure compliance with internal policies and support process improvements in expense management.

In Short

• Lead the expense management team and oversee the entire expense process.
• Ensure compliance with procurement, travel, and reimbursement policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Develop policies and procedures for expense management.
• Maintain service level agreements for processing expenses.
• Review and approve purchasing card transactions.
• Support payables, procurement, and travel expense teams.
• Work closely with the GL team on related tasks.
• Provide support to the Director, Corporate Controller.
• Amenable to work night shifts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 3-5 years of experience in expense management and procurement.
• Experience with large ERP systems, preferably Workday.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Process improvement mindset.
• Experience in Shared Services/BPO or accounting firm.
