Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Remote

Overview

As the VP of FP&A at Apptegy, you will serve as a strategic leader and thought partner to the CFO and executive leadership team, leading a high-performing team focused on delivering proactive insights that drive critical decisions.

In Short

• Own the annual budgeting and monthly re-forecast processes.
• Develop multi-year financial models for projecting growth and key metrics.
• Deliver FP&A presentations to the executive team and Board.
• Mentor and manage a high-performing FP&A team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
• Develop relationships with senior leadership to guide decision making.
• Drive adoption of next-generation financial tools.
• Serve as a key financial liaison with Private Equity partners.
• Prepare and deliver financial presentations for Board meetings.
• Support PE-driven initiatives including M&A activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or quantitative field.
• Mastery of financial modeling and forecasting best practices.
• Proven track record in FP&A systems and processes.
• Familiarity with BI and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau).
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting analyses.
• Hands-on leader with strong team-building and project management skills.
