Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Head of FP&A to lead Yepoda’s Financial Planning & Analysis function. This role has high visibility across the leadership team and full ownership of financial planning, performance tracking, and strategic decision support.

In Short

• Lead financial planning and analysis for a fast-growing beauty start-up.
• Build forecasting models and long-term plans aligned with company goals.
• Own monthly and quarterly reporting processes, ensuring accuracy.
• Prepare board-level reports and KPI tracking materials.
• Act as a financial partner to various teams.
• Manage financial tools to improve planning efficiency.
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A required.
• CFA qualification or equivalent is mandatory.
• Strong skills in financial modelling and data storytelling.
• Fluency in English is required.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, ideally in fast-paced environments.
• CFA qualification or equivalent required.
• Background in top-tier consulting is a strong plus.
• Industry knowledge of e-commerce or beauty is an advantage.
• Strong skills in financial modelling, scenario analysis, and data storytelling.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar (or equivalent experience).
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
