Overview

The Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at Tangelo will lead the financial planning and analysis function, partnering with senior leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic insights that shape the direction of the business.

In Short

• Report to the SVP of Finance.
• Lead budgeting, long-range planning, and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Provide strategic financial analysis for executive decision-making.
• Build and manage financial models and dashboards.
• Analyze financial performance and recommend actions.
• Collaborate with business units on financial plans.
• Drive improvements in FP&A processes and tools.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing FP&A team.
• Ensure alignment with Accounting and Treasury functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA a plus).
• 10+ years in Finance, with at least 5 years in FP&A.
• Experience in FP&A within Healthcare required.
• Strong background in strategy consulting is a plus.
• Proven success in budgeting and forecasting.
• Expertise in financial modeling and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in FP&A software.
