Overview

As a Strategic Technical Account Manager at Appspace, you will be a customer advocate in a complex technical environment, ensuring client success and driving retention and growth.

In Short

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Provide expert technical advice and guidance to clients.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement and deploy technical solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance client knowledge.
  • Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer deployments.
  • Work closely with sales, engineering, product, and support teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a development role.
  • Strong technical background with RESTful APIs and front-end technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft applications and APIs.
  • Experience managing client projects from analysis to support.
  • Familiarity with software development and API testing tools.
  • Experience with SQL Database models and Azure services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
