Overview

As a Sales Engineer at Appspace, you will partner with Account Executives in a pre-sales technical role, showcasing product solutions and driving account expansion.

In Short

  • Provide technical and sales support for assigned and prospective customers
  • Lead opportunities through the sales process from a technical perspective
  • Perform technical presentations for customers, partners, and prospects
  • Assist with developing formal sales plans and proposals
  • Understand complex customer technical and business situations
  • Act as an SME for ongoing implementations and deployments
  • Collaborate with Enhanced Services and Customer Success teams
  • Drive account and partner relationship building
  • Stay updated on competitive solutions and products

Requirements

  • Build strong customer relationships
  • In-depth knowledge of pre-sales product and engineering skills
  • Knowledge of relevant solutions sets and product specifications
  • Competitive knowledge in digital media and content management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate across teams
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge and consultative skills
  • Prior sales or sales engineering experience preferred
  • Preferred skills: Salesforce, Scripting, Web Development, Cloud Solutions
  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years professional experience preferred
