Overview

As a Customer Engagement Intern at Storyly, you will support the Customer Engagement Managers in delivering exceptional service to customers, contributing to customer success stories and research.

In Short

  • Support Customer Engagement Managers across various industries.
  • Contribute to customer success stories and research.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the Customer Engagement team.
  • Develop examples and best practices for Storyly’s Playbook.
  • Conduct research on existing and potential clients.
  • Analyze customer health scores and dashboard activities.
  • Collaborate to organize and update internal resources.
  • Gain experience in a fast-paced SaaS company.
  • Receive mentorship from the Customer Engagement team.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and Customer Success tools.

Requirements

  • 3rd and 4th-year university students in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • Available to commit 3-4 days a week for at least 3 months.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Strong research skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese are strong pluses.
  • Basic understanding or strong interest in mobile apps and analytics.
