We are looking for a talented Publishing Producer to join our Product Operations team! In this role, you will collaborate directly with an international game development studios, gaining unique insights into global workflows and best practices.

In Short

Ensure compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) for the products you manage
Develop and implement product and monetization strategies to maximize game revenue
Analyze game performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards
Communicate effectively with stakeholders (CEO, Founder, Head of Product), providing regular updates on project status
Foster strong relationships with development studios
Manage and mentor your product team

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a Producer, Product Owner, or Lead Game Designer (preferably in genres such as Idle Tycoon, Idle RPG, RPG Battlers, 4x Strategy, Farms, Tower Defense)
Deep understanding of system game design and monetization principles
Experience working with analytics
Extensive knowledge of the mobile gaming market
Ability to communicate vision and convey ideas effectively
Strong negotiation skills with partners and studios
Positive attitude towards receiving, acting on, and providing feedback
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
