Senior Publishing Producer - Remote

Overview

Daybreak is seeking a Senior Publishing Producer to join our organization. This position will initially focus on a single project before expanding to others as they help to refine internal publishing production practices in order to better support our internal and external studios.

• Manage publishing production oversight of global projects.
• Collaborate with multiple publishing support services including marketing, QA, and Localization.
• Build and manage relationships with studios and vendors.
• Ensure timely and high-quality game shipping.
• Mentor and grow team members.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Track progress and resolve delays.
• Adapt to changing priorities and coordinate teams.
• Contribute to business growth through process improvements.
• Oversee budget and schedule management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in game development or publishing.
• 3+ years of experience working on a Live game or service preferred.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience shipping console & PC titles.
• Knowledge of game industry trends.
• Passion for multiplayer online video games.
