Overview

This role is for a Junior GCP Support Engineer who will be responsible for monitoring and supporting applications and infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, while ensuring reliability and performance.

Requirements

• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and LLMs is a plus.
• Experience with intent management and optimizing conversation flows.
• English proficiency required.
