Overview

The Customer Success Manager is part of the Apixio Customer Operations organization and is responsible for successful completion of all customer projects, coordinating efforts between internal resources and customers in support of custom risk adjustment projects.

In Short

  • Lead the Apixio relationship with the customer ensuring optimal service delivery.
  • Manage coordination, tracking, and reporting of customer projects.
  • Facilitate efforts of project resources across internal teams.
  • Ensure smooth communication channels between stakeholders.
  • Monitor project status throughout the lifecycle.
  • Identify and resolve customer problems as they arise.

Requirements

  • 3+ years project management experience.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data systems.
  • BS degree in business, technology, or related field.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and payment models.
  • Advanced Excel skills; SQL knowledge is helpful.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
