Overview

The Quality Manager at Apex is responsible for establishing and leading a comprehensive quality management system to ensure high standards in product quality from manufacturing to delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in quality management in manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to work cross-culturally.
• Experience conducting supplier audits and inspections.
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
• Experience in team leadership and mentoring.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Proven track record of driving quality improvements.
• Strong understanding of quality documentation and standards.
• Ability to navigate time zones and cultural differences.
