Quality Manager - Remote

Overview

The Quality Manager is responsible for managing service delivery quality to clients, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to project requirements while engaging with clients to understand their capacity and quality expectations.

• Manage supplier alignment and performance.

Requirements

• Experience in localization or translation industry.
• Knowledge of quality management principles.
• Hands-on experience with translation tools.
• Exceptional communication skills in English.
• Strong data literacy for informed decision-making.
• Adaptable with strong prioritization skills.
• Experience with Agile or Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
