Overview

As a Part Time Telephone Operator at Apello, you will be part of a small company providing a unique live answering service for small to medium-sized businesses, helping them offer better service to their customers.

In Short

• Work as a remote receptionist and dispatcher for various businesses.
• Answer incoming calls and take messages using a computer.
• Utilize Apello's software to gather and dispatch information.
• Interact with callers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Flexible work schedule between 3:00 pm and midnight.
• Must work one weekend day every week.
• Work required on some holidays.
• Type at least 35 words per minute.
• Good grammar and spelling skills are necessary.
• Previous experience in customer service preferred.
