Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related fields.
• Understanding of residential material supply chain.
• Deep understanding of wood frame construction.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience as a design engineer, building official, architect, or construction manager is a plus.
