Overview

Age of Learning is seeking to hire an Account Executive in Georgia for our Schools Division, who will report to our Director, Regional Sales. This role involves collaborating with sales leaders to build out the schools' business and executing go-to-market strategies aligned with growth goals.

In Short

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets as described in the commission plan
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success leadership
  • Document all prospect and customer activities in Salesforce
  • Negotiate and manage proposals for profitable sales activity
  • Demonstrate knowledge of My Math Academy and My Reading Academy products
  • Execute a sales plan for new and existing customers
  • Manage prospect and customer relationships
  • Develop key contacts to move them through the sales process
  • Attend meetings and training as required
  • Provide support on key accounts as designated by the VP of Sales

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in Sales Management Software, Salesforce preferred
  • Experience selling into schools within Georgia
  • Must live in Georgia for this remote position
  • Travel required 50% of the time
