Luxury Marketing Specialist - Remote-TX

Overview

The Luxury Marketing Specialist (LMS) supports initiatives set by the Coldwell Banker Luxury Marketing team and the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® senior leadership team. This role involves project management, production of program and agent-focused assets, and overall program growth and promotion. The LMS supports key marketing objectives, ensuring that the company and agents' brand image is well represented within the framework of the brand, brokerage, Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® program, and Core 4.

• Communicate Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® program offerings and promote luxury certification.
• Support independent sales associates with marketing needs.
• Serve as a liaison to local management and provide marketing resources.
• Manage creative projects and engage national design teams.
• Coordinate promotional assets for events and stay informed about marketing tools.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing or communications.
• Strong presentation, writing, and public-speaking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design software.
• Basic understanding of paid social media campaign development.
• Ability to work from home and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Effective communication with employees and agents.
• Willingness to travel to local offices and events.
