Overview

We are looking for an experienced GTM Programs Startup Lead to drive the adoption of Anthropic's cutting-edge AI capabilities within the startup ecosystem.

In Short

• Develop and lead Anthropic's startup go-to-market strategy.
• Create compelling startup-focused offerings and pricing models.
• Build relationships with key startup influencers and venture capitalists.
• Coordinate with cloud partners to maximize joint impact.
• Create enablement content and trainings for startups.
• Plan and execute startup-focused events and campaigns.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales.
• Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and AI/ML technology.
• Proven ability to execute complex go-to-market programs.
• Experience enabling sales teams on technical products.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the positive impact of AI.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
