Interim Recruiter - Remote

Overview

As an Interim Recruiter, you will perform Student Success interviews, perform onboarding related tasks, and ensure relevant data is entered into multiple recruiting systems in a prompt and accurate manner.

In Short

• Reviewing resumes and selecting qualified candidates to interview
• Scheduling and conducting professional interviews and making new hire recommendations
• Collecting, managing, and filing of personnel related paperwork
• Creating offer letters and administering new hire package
• Performing follow-up to ensure that paperwork is returned in a timely manner
• Validating and entering HR data for domestic equipment shipments
• Responding to routine inquiries from candidates
• Performing routine weekly data reports on onboarding and hiring metrics
• Handling multiple job tasks and escalating issues

Requirements

• Ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Experience with recruitment processes and databases
• Experience with various applicant tracking systems
• Good decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience using MS Office, Excel, Word, OneDrive
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
• Must have a quiet, distraction-free work environment
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English
