HR Onboarding Representative - Remote

Overview

The Human Resources Onboarding Representative is responsible for managing and executing the employee onboarding process to ensure a seamless, engaging, and compliant transition for new hires. This role collaborates closely with HR, recruiting, and IT teams to deliver a consistent and welcoming onboarding experience. This position will also be responsible for administrative tasks associated with various human resource functions, as well as assisting with special projects as needed.

In Short

• Coordinate and execute all onboarding activities for new hires.
• Conduct new hire orientation sessions.
• Serve as a point of contact for new hires.
• Process updates to HRIS for employee status changes.
• Ensure timely reporting for bi-weekly payroll processing.
• Maintain accurate HR files and records.
• Assist with HRIS compliance training and reporting.
• Handle general HR inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Represent the Company positively through professional conduct.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable in human resources best practices.
• General knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with virtual onboarding processes and tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to quickly learn HRIS.
• Attention to detail and organization skills.
• Confidence to handle sensitive HR situations.
• Associates Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• At least three years of HR experience required.
