Temporary Financial Reporting Manager - Remote

Overview

The Manager of Financial Reporting is primarily responsible for the internal and external financial reporting of the Company, including internal monthly consolidation and reporting as well as the quarterly external reporting and filing of all SEC documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
• 6 to 8 years of public company accounting experience.
• Thorough understanding of US GAAP and SEC Reporting requirements.
