Accounting Manager, Consolidations - Remote

Overview

Angi’s Accounting Manager, Consolidations will play a key role in the monthly close processes, including ensuring proper consolidation of financial statements and elimination of intercompany balances. This role involves ensuring compliance with accounting standards, supporting SEC reporting requirements and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

• Participate in monthly close processes for accurate financial reporting.
• Lead consolidation activities including intercompany transactions.
• Maintain general ledger chart of accounts.
• Collaborate with Financial Reporting team on consolidated financial statements.
• Implement strong internal controls in accordance with SOX.
• Work with auditors during annual financial statement audits.
• Assess process improvement opportunities.
• Prepare journal entries for corporate cost allocations.
• Manage tracking of related party relationships for SEC disclosures.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Accounting/Business (CPA or CPA candidacy a plus).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Experience with Netsuite, HFM a plus.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with cross-functional teams.
