In Short

• Responsible for leading and developing a 4-member team.
• Accountable for revenue, profitability, and customer experience of all partner trips.
• Coordinate strategic development of products and sales channels.
• Acquire new long-term partners.
• Design efficient onboarding and support processes for partners.
• Analyze relevant KPIs and derive data-driven measures for optimization.
• Strategically develop sustainability themes in the partner area.
• Steer the marketing and sales of partner products in close coordination with the marketing team.

Requirements

• Completed studies in business or a comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in business development or a comparable marketplace role.
• Solid understanding of digital processes and experience in systematic process optimization.
• Data-driven decision-making with a clear focus on customer experience.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness for continuous development - both personally and for the team and product.
• Leadership experience in a dynamic environment.
• Nice to have: Experience in the e-commerce or startup environment (B2B or B2C).
• Experience in the travel industry.
